Yoga with the Breath was created with the intention to be a global community, a touchstone, and open door providing education, resources and support regarding the importance of physical and mental health. This community is for everyone and resources are available globally.

Free classes on Youtube

Each week there will be new yoga and breath work classes available on Youtube. Classes are easily accessible, incorporating different styles and lengths. The classes will include a wide variety of shorter 5-10 minute classes for busy days when you are short on time, to longer Vinyasa flow classes and more detailed instruction videos describing different breathing techniques. These classes are for everyone and can be done anywhere at anytime.

Custom classes for all levels

Yoga with the Breath offers customised individual or group classes catered to your specific needs. If you have never done yoga before and would like to start, you are working with an injury and have specific goals you would like to achieve, or you just want to learn more about conscious breath awareness to help reduce anxiety and stress, then these classes are for you.
